The Committee meets as necessary to handle the administration of the Group
As well as the routine administration of the Group, which includes the financial affairs and statutory reporting and all correspondence the Committee has a range of other functions.
The Committee maintains records of the Group membership, arranges booking of the Theatre, selects directors for our plays, reviews and approves the shows we are intending to produce, maintains an overview of all productions during the production period, manages the publicity for the shows, produces a newsletter from time to time recounting items of importance and / or interest to members and arranges social functions.
