The group was formed in 1975 as "Lower Mountains Repertory Theatre".
The company is a non-profit incorporated association committed to the performance of professional and entertaining plays in April/May and October/November each year. The group is highly respected in the area and is the resident stage company at the Glenbrook Community Theatre, Great Western Highway Glenbrook, the gateway to the Blue Mountains west of Sydney.
